Deepak Dube, Ph.D
Founder & CEO

Deepak Dube graduated from Illinois Institute of Technology in 1988 with an MS in Computer science. He received his Doctorate in Computer Science in 1994 in performance modeling of mobile networks. He worked at Bell Labs for over 20 years as a research scientist in wireless networks, working on access technologies. He pioneered Quality of Service for converged networks; his patents and research led to the implementation of voice-video-data networks. Early on, he saw the immense impact intelligent machines would have on society; to see this vision take shape, he founded Datanomers and launched statistical machine learning solutions which led the drive for "automation through machine intelligence." Most recently, he has coupled machine learning with “big data analytics” to roll out advanced technology solutions for better business insights, strategy and execution.

Meeta Pandey, Ph.D
VP Strategy & Business Development

Meeta is a forward thinking Business Development Strategist. She has a Ph.D  and Business Degree from Rutgers University. She taught at Monmouth University as adjunct professor and consulted with Financial Companies at Wall Street.
In her role as VP she is responsible for driving strategic decisions regarding product and solution partnerships, partner strategy including strategic alliances and technology partners, growing strategic partnerships, resource allocation and operational and product priorities for the business.

Pranay Kumar Pogde
Co-Founder & President of Engineering

As President of Engineering, Pranay is responsible for delivering on promise to customers and steering company’s strategic technology innovation initiatives. Pranay served as a senior product architect at CTO office at Juniper Networks and played technical leadership roles in wired and wireless networking product business unit at Juniper for 6 years. Pranay has led, built and delivered several engineering products over the past 18 years at Juniper Networks, Caspian Networks, Nokia and Hughes Systems. He was also the lead architect at Bell Labs for mission critical operations systems. Pranay received a bachelor's degree in computer science from National Institute of Technology Nagpur, India (VNIT, 1994) and master's degree in computer science and automation from Indian Institute of Science Bangalore, India (IISc, 1996). Pranay has several patents on scalable network architectures.

Tomo Matsuo
SVP, iPayment Capital

Tomo is an experienced fintech executive specializing in the broader alternative SMB lending space. He joined iPayment in 2017 as SVP, iPayment Capital, to launch and manage a new business unit that originates and services a merchant cash advance (MCA) portfolio. Prior to joining iPayment, Tomo served as COO of Bizfi, an online platform for small business financing that combines aggregation, funding, and a participation marketplace. He was instrumental in leveraging data science and technology to help establish Bizfi as one of the leading fintech players. During his tenure at Bizfi, he also led its expansion into Japan and partnered with Credit Saison Co., Ltd., one of the country’s largest credit card issuers to become the first company to originate MCAs in that market. Mr. Matsuo also served on the board of directors at Saison Bizfi, a joint venture between Bizfi and Credit Saison Co., Ltd. Tomo is a graduate of Yale University.

David Mooney
President & CEO, Alliant Credit Union

Dave's 30-year career in financial services includes experience across a range of business lines, markets and functions at leading financial companies. Prior to being appointed to the credit union's top leadership position in May 2003, he held a number of executive level and management positions at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. and its predecessors Chase Manhattan Bank and Chemical Bank. Dave serves on the Board of Directors of Credit Union 24, Members Development Company, as well as the National Credit Union Foundation. He serves as Chair of the Supervisory Committee of Mid-States Corporate Credit Union, on the Filene Research Council, on the Board of Directors of the National Association on Drug Abuse Problems, and on the Midwest Advisory Board of Operation HOPE, Inc. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Boston College.

Brian Lemelman
Advisory Board Member, Datanomers

Brian Lemelman has been a serial entrepreneur for 40 years and has co-founded, built and successfully exited several technology companies to major players with an aggregate deal value in excess of $700M. He has consistently succeeded in spotting interesting and disruptive industry trends while creating companies and product offerings that often are ahead of the curve. Among the companies that Brian co-founded, were ERI, a complex systems integration company specializing in the financial services and telecommunications verticals. ERI was acquired by Electronic Data Systems (EDS). After the sale to EDS, Brian seed funded and co-founded VisionTech, Ltd., a fabless semiconductor company specializing in digital video compression. VisonTech developed and produced the world?s first single chip MPEG-2 video/audio encoder capturing greater than 90% worldwide market share. This chip became the major enabler for Digital Video Recorders (DVRs) deployed world wide. VisionTech was acquired by Broadcom Corporation. Brian currently sits on several advisory boards and is a managing member of Quatron Group, LLC-an investment vehicle targeting seed and early stage investments in Israel and the USA.

Javier Cabrera, Ph.D, Princeton
Professor, Rutgers University

Javier Cabrera Ph.D. is the director of the Institute of Biostatistics and professor of the department of Statistics and Biostatistics at Rutgers University. He got his Ph.D. from Princeton University and has lectured in Statistics at Rutgers University, National University of Singapore and Hong Kong University of Science & Tech. He is author and coauthor of many publications in the areas of Statistical computing, data mining and functional Genomics, Biostatistics including a book in Exploration and Analysis of DNA microarray and Protein array data. He is also involved in researching machine vision and DNA Barcode Data. He is in the executive board of the Data Analysis working group for the DNA barcode of life. His Research is funded by NSF, He was a Fulbright Fellow and in he was the recipient of 2010 SPAIG award for the Pfizer/Rutgers partnership.
